I recently opened up about my weight loss journey on the blog. After years of hard work, I’m proud to say I’ve lost 185 pounds, with 95 pounds coming off just recently. My primary motivation was the desire to keep up with my younger children. I teach various fitness formats and participate in classes as both an instructor and a participant at least 8-10 times a week.
