Strawberry Love Monster Valentine’s Day Recipe

When it comes to Valentine’s Day, strawberries and chocolate are classic gifts. But why not make it a bit whimsical and fun while expressing your feelings?

These adorable Strawberry Love Monsters are perfect as a treat for the kids or a playful surprise for your partner.

Ingredients:

• Strawberries
• Paper straws
• Melting chocolate (I used Godiva)
• Candy eyes (available at Target)
• White icing for decoration

Instructions:

1. Start by inserting the paper straws into the strawberries, poking them through the stem. Set them aside.
2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, heating in 15-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate before adding candy eyes on top. Place them aside once decorated.
4. Once all strawberries are dipped, refrigerate them until the chocolate hardens.
5. Afterward, use the white icing to create smiley faces on the strawberries.
6. They can be eaten directly or placed back in the fridge until you’re ready to present your adorable love monsters!
